Responsibilities:

- Overall development and implementation of SAP HR testing strategy

- Develop HR business scenarios and test scripts

- Practical organisation of unit, integration and acceptance testing

- Set up of HP Quality Center and SAP Solution Manager to execute testing and to monitor test results

- Provide daily testing performance reporting

- Record problems/issues and work with different HR implementation teams to adjust SAP configurations

- Inform the HR project leads of any issues that may affect the testing schedule, budget or quality of the testing process

- Coordination of the testings

Required skills:

- Strong experience in testing SAP HR applications

- Strong knowledge of HP Quality Center and SAP Solution Manager

- At least 5 years experience in implementing SAP HR modules

- Strong knowledge of the major SAP HR transactions

- Familiarity with HR business processes

- 3-5 years experience with SAP HR testing

Other requirements:

- Strong HR project management skills

- Pro-active and result oriented

- Advanced level Excel, PowerPoint and Word techniques

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Ability to follow test scripts precisely

- Methodical, thorough and detail oriented approach towards testing

- Strong problem solving skills
