For the Embedded Software Development department we are looking for an experienced embedded developer Linux/Open Source Software.

The company has a proven track of success and a broad range of interesting customers and challenging projects in a wide range of sectors (home electronics, security and access control, healthcare, …)

As an embedded developer…

- you work inhouse as well as at the customer locations

- you are involved in long term as well as short term projects (advice, design, debugging, …)

- you assist the customers in architecture studies

Master – knowledge of OS applications

- experienced C/C++ developer with good knowledge of open source applications (software or Linux on embedded processors, embedded OS)
- master ICT/Electronics
- knowledge of the Linux kernel, debugging and compilation techniques
- knowledge of networking stacks is a plus
- good verbal and written communication skills in English are required, other languages (French/Dutch) are an asset
