Company

This consultancy company is a niche player in the providing of ICT-services for the financial industry (banks, insurance brokers, financial markets,…). Due to an exponential growth of new projects, we are looking for several Project Manager Officers.

Projects:

Domains: process oriented, Infrastructure, implementations, migrations, roll outs…

Area’s: dealing rooms, back-office, credits, risk, insurance , cards, terminals

Roles: project mgr, program mgr, audit, coaching, consultancy, project definition

As a Project Manager Officer, you…

- give support to the head of the entity;

- coordinate the team effort to ensure the smooth sharing of the business objectives and achievements;

- are the link between the Project Owner and Project Management teams, and manage the relationship between them;

- monitor the project and report on critical progress indicators (budget, planning, program key risks…)

- chair and conduct working meetings, and are responsible for the minutes of these meetings;

- prepare management information.

At least 2 years Project experience

You have…

- a University degree;

- at least 4 years of working experience, from which 2 years in a project environment;

- good presentation skills, allowing you to conduct meetings;

- an analytical mind, and you work rigorously;

You are…

- able to use the Office package (Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Word)

- communicative

- flexible and able to adapt yourself quickly in a new working environment;

- a teamplayer who works together with others in order to achieve common goals;

- trilingual (Dutch-French-English).
